When we send your order

Every card is personalised and printed to order, then posted within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays).

Delivery options (UK only)

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: £1.80. Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch. Not tracked.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.91. Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch, with tracking.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.80. Usually the next working day after dispatch, with tracking.

Delivery is charged once per order for the cards coming to you, however many there are. Orders that only contain a free Little Paper Club card pay for delivery as normal. We only deliver to UK addresses at the moment.

Cards I post straight to someone

Each card I post for you needs a printed message inside, so they know who it's from. I post them Royal Mail 1st Class, and the postage (£1.80) is charged once per address: more cards to the same house on the same day share an envelope and don't pay it again.

Sending more than one card

The first card to each address is £4.25, and every extra card going to the same address is just £3.25, whatever the designs. Cards coming to you count as one address.

Cards for a special date

Little Paper Hub is just me, Mia, making every card from home, so I take getting your card to you on time to heart. Once it's in the post, though, it's in Royal Mail's hands: their delivery times are estimates rather than promises, and now and then the post is slower than any of us would like.

If your card needs to arrive by a certain day, please order in good time and choose Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24. Allow a little extra time around Christmas, Mother's Day and other busy periods.

Because I can't control the post, and as a very small business my margins are thin, I'm sorry but I can't offer refunds for cards that arrive after the day they were meant for. Thank you for understanding. It really does help keep Little Paper Hub going.

If your card hasn't arrived

Royal Mail asks that we allow 15 working days for an untracked card to turn up, and most "lost" cards do arrive in that time. If yours still hasn't arrived after that, get in touch and I'll make you a new one and post it out, or refund you if you'd prefer. Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 let you follow your card all the way, which is a good choice if it really matters.
